GTA 6's popularity attracts scammers. In August 2026, a group called CyberLeak claimed to hold a playable build and spread fake download links laced with malware.

Never download so-called leaked or playable GTA 6 builds. They are overwhelmingly fake and often contain malware — and sharing them funds the scams.
